How do I get to the Hilton Cancun Resort upon arrival?
Upon arrival to Cancun from a non-Mexican gateway you will first have to clear immigration. You only need to present your passport for inspection and processing.
Upon clearing immigration, proceed to the luggage claim area to collect your bags. All incoming checked bags will be x-rayed before reaching the luggage carousel. Once you have all your bags, proceed to the customs area. You only need to stop here if you have something to declare or if a customs agent decides to spot check your luggage.
Having cleared customs, immediately exit the terminal building avoiding any solicitors. A Lorandus team member as well as a greeter will be located outside the terminal building holding a Co-operators sign for you. Their uniforms are bright green polo shirts that really stand out in the crowd. In general, they are positioned outside near the restaurants which will be towards your right. They will assist you with your luggage and help you board the transportation to the hotel. If you arrive to Terminal 4 pay special attention to exit signage. You want the exit for Hotel Transportation, not Friends and Family exit.

If you would like to take a taxi, all genuine licensed Cancun Airport Taxi and Transportation Companies have a badge permit displayed in their vehicle's windshields and are equipped with WI-FI and a radio/mobile to communicate with our dispatcher. ALL Cancun Airport Taxi Drivers are required to carry and display their Cancun Airport ID badge and wear a uniform.
Please check your airline’s website for details on baggage allowance, restricted items, etc. Please keep your receipt for reimbursement for your 1st checked bag per qualifier per direction and guest if it is not included with your flight. Please submit your baggage receipts HERE by April 20, 2025.
A king room can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 Children. Two queen rooms can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 Adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
If you have more than 4 guests, you may have to book an additional room. Please contact us HERE for more information and rates.
You are welcome to bring additional guests at your own cost. Children under the age of 5 stay free, provided they are in the same room as the adult guests.

Region Builders’ outings must fully comply with the guidelines established by the CRA. Therefore, your advisor or employee number is required to facilitate the proper allocation of taxable benefits. If you have any questions regarding the taxable benefit information, please refer to the RB rulebook for further details.
Any reservations for additional guests or extensions will be arranged through Lorandus. Additional charges to extend or upgrades will be charged to your credit card at the hotel.
Only the qualifier and their one guest (over 18 years of age) are permitted to attend the group events, however, all guests are welcome to join the Poolside Palooza on Thursday, March 27th.

Please note that there is very limited availability at the hotel after March 31, the hotel is almost fully booked starting March 31. If you wish to extend your stay at this hotel, there are dates available prior to RB starting.
